In the Indukern Food Division, we design, produce and sell technological solutions for processed foods, allowing our customers to develop new products, solve technical problems and optimise formulation and production costs.

As intermediaries between raw material suppliers and finished product manufacturers, we represent some of the top brands in the food industry, helping them sell their products in over 70 countries. 

We are committed to producing nourishing, high-quality food products and specialise in offering customers tailored food solutions that take into account the raw materials, industrial processes and most appropriate pricing for each case. 

With the aim of promoting its international strategy, in 2016 the Food Division acquired 75% of the Brazilian company Hexus Food Ltd, primarily focused on food solutions for the beverage and dairy sectors. At the start of 2017, it acquired the Mexican outfit Cytecsa, a benchmark in the country in the premix and technological solutions segment for the dairy industry.

R&D Projects

Indukern's Food Division drives innovation in the food sector. From its innovation and development centres, it designs and produces food solutions for a wide range of dairy products, cheeses, beverages, meat products, pastries, cakes and sauces, among others.

All with the aim of creating new processes and products that respond to the needs of a constantly changing society that demands increasingly healthy, tasty food that is adapted to its pace of life.

Food safety and the reduction of the use of chemical preservatives and disinfectants in the sector, as well as the improvement of animal welfare are addressed in the SEGURAM project, which explores state-of-the-art alternatives to be implemented in the meat sector, thus reducing the use of chemical substances and resulting in healthy food with more sustainable production and less impact. Indukern, a Ravago Gorup Company participates to achieve these objectives with companies from the agri-food sector, universities and technology centres.
